The first floor consists of a den with a sleeper sofa, flat screen smart TV, DVD player, and access to the new paver patio, outdoor dining furniture along with a complex provided charcoal grill and an owner provided electric grill for all of your outdoor dining needs. The upper level consists of two king suites. The Master Suite has new bedroom furniture including a king bed, flat screen wall mounted smart TV and a private bath with a glass enclosed walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The guest king suite features new furniture including a new king bed, flat screen smart TV and a private bath with a glass enclosed walk in shower.

This property was very family friendly with plenty of space to spread out. the kitchen was the best appointed kitchen in a VRBO property I have every rented. Access to both the pool and beach was steps away. I would highly recommend this property as a place to call home while on vacation. Hopefully I can have an opportunity to rent it again in the future. The owner touched based with me twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Quinn for sharing your lovely home with me and my family.

We had a great time! Very convenient spot on the island with an easy walk to the beach. The newly renovated pool was great. The villa was very well equipped. The hosts have paid special attention to details. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great week at HHI once again. The rental unit was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and extra beach towels. We love the space since there’s usually 8 of us and it’s beach front which is the only way to go to the beach. Also love the new pool! Hope to return to Hilton Head Villa 21 next year.Thanks again Servagno/Colson family

An absolutely fantastic stay. This condo was an end unit with privacy and convenient to the newly renovated pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the host provided plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels. Access to the beach is a short walk down a boardwalk. within walking distance to Coligny plaza and lowcountry celebration Park and biking distance to almost anything including harbourtown. we had an issue with the door lock during our stay and within an hour there was someone there to fix it. couldn't ask for a better vacation.

Condo was in a perfect location and 2-minute walk to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay and the location was within walking/biking distance from all the Coligny beach restaurants.
A nice condo to stay for our first ever visit to Hilton Head. Would recommend the home. Also, I highly recommend renting through Beachside. Their communication is outstanding. The property we stayed at was well equipped and met all our needs
