Home location and neighborhood is excellent, Beachside's communication is top notch and proactive. House was clean, organized and stocked with towels and even had some beach toys for our family. Some interior furniture and fixtures are old and well worn, but all functional.

The people from Beachside were terrific. We stayed at this property two years ago and the owners of the property haven’t put a penny into the property since then.

Nicely equipped older home in a quiet neighborhood with a short 2 minute walk to the beach. House could use some updates, but you get what you pay for and it was perfect for our small group. Beachside staff communication was great. Quickly addressed our door code and spa heat issues and constantly checked in via text throughout the week with weather/hurricane updates. Would definitely book with this company again.

Our family loved our stay at 2 Bayberry Lane. We had a minor cleaning issue at the precipice of our stay but the manager of the property was proactive and quickly remedied the concern. Beachside was very responsive and supportive. We loved how close this property was to the beach! It was a very enjoyable time. Thank you!

It's too bad when you rent a home with a pool and jacuzzi that you have to pay extra to use the jacuzzi as far as heat goes

We would stay here again. Clean home, private pool area, couple minute walk to beach on private path, quiet neighborhood, easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals. The washer and dryer are newer and large capacity. Linens, bath towels, and even beach towels are provided. Some paper products provided. While the furniture is dated and showing wear all of the bedding is new. Downstairs bedroom mattress seemed to sag around the edges. We had mixed reviews among our family on bed comfort levels--probably based on mattress preferences. No one lost any sleep. The staff at Beachside Getaway was very helpful. They were good about sending out needed information, always quick to reply to texts and emails, and prompt to resolve any issues we had. Come prepared with bug repellent, beach and pool gear, and rent some bikes. Great place for a quiet family getaway.

Place was great lots of space with 2 living areas. Was in a perfect location Super close to the beach and also close to shops. Comfortable beds also.

Property was clean. Listing shows the property as it actually is. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 (all adults). It is next to a very busy and loud road, but the walk to the beach was easy!

Everything was good could use some newer stuff

We had a great time at this no frills cottage by the beach! The pictures in the listing are very accurate. Things are dated sure, but everything works. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, the house very clean, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach from a private access path. The pool and spa were a nice touch. Great location on the island as well.

Enjoyable

We were very happy with this rental! Great location. Steps to the beach on a quiet side street. Very peaceful location, but still an easy bike ride or walk to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room in and out of the house for us to relax. Would definitely recommend this location.
