The property was in a perfect location and had everything that we needed and more.

Awesome house, 2nd time at 61 Dune Lane. What makes this house great are the many conveniences plus working with Beachside Getaways is the icing on the cake! I have been coming to HHI for 47 years and they have to be the best rental company I have seen! Looking forward to coming back hopefully to this house for many years to come! Great house for large families and entertaining too!

Great week at the beach. Customer service was very good from Beachside Getaway. A problem was uncovered about 7pm on the first night and the emergency after hours guy Will came to access and solve the problem that same evening. He also visited the next morning make sure the problem was resolved. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived and we were told a part had been ordered and it would be fixed later in the week. The dishwasher was fixed as promised a couple of days into our vacation. We were concerned that the pool would be cold based on rental dates in early June so we paid to have it heated. Beachside helped keep the pool heated during our week.

Great rental agency on HH, ran into minor issue and they connected with us quickly to get those issues resolved. Loved that they provided so many starter amenities, as well as beach towels. Would definitely rent from them again!

Beautiful home located right on this gorgeous beach with breathtaking views. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The rental agency communicated often, responded quickly to questions/requests, and offered great advice. The home was very clean. The pool was very clean and had scheduled cleaning service during our stay. The beds were comfortable. All listed amenities were accurate. Memorable vacation.

Gorgeous home right on the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Huge areas to relax and kick back. Great communication with management company. We had a few hiccups with the TV/wifi set up and a few other very minor things, but nothing that upset the amazing time we had! We rented golf carts and bicycles for the group. Very easy to get around. The pool was heated and the spa was toasty warm. Wonderful restaurants and bars in the area. We watched the sun rise every morning. Dolphins swam close to shore early in the morning too. It was a fantastic spring break! Would rent here again!

Had a great time celebrating our 15th anniversary. Highly recommend.

Perfection

Pros: Great house! Very clean, tons of beach towels, some beach/pool items available for guests including a ping pong, corn hole, and blow up pool floats. There must've been 20 beach towels available! The view compared to many other listings was amazing due to the wrap around floor to ceiling windows! There was an elevator which I didn't realize (even though we didn't need it). Every single bedroom has a private full bath! There are two master suites (one on the first floor and one on the third) with amazing oceanfront views. The walk to Coligny is about half a mile, and my teenage boys loved the indolence of walking there on their own! Tons of shopping and restaurants. There's a grocery store in the shopping plaza as well. Cons are nitpicky: The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a declutter and more pantry space for dry goods. Although the kitchen had everything you would need, the pots and pans are no longer non-stick, and there are no extras left behind like salt/pepper, oils, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc which most of my other rentals tend to have.

Property was great! Our large family really enjoyed the space! Kids enjoyed the bonus space upstairs and pool! Beach access was good but the steep incline a little tricky for all ages but still manageable. Property can definitely use a little TLC but nothing major and understandable for the property age and the elements of the environment. Grill was replaced during our stay and lesson learned to check grill before buying grilling meats !! One of our highlights at this property was definitely the outside space where we hosted a private family party and a chef recommended by the managing property group and it was wonderful! The great pros of this property, elevator, kid friendly. Convenient to shopping. Close proximity to the beach! With a few minor updates this property has a lot to offer! We hope to be back soon!!

Amazing property in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone. Property management co was very attentive all week! Cant wait to go back!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location was great. The view of the ocean was amazing. Beds were comfortable. It was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of room. Would definitely come back!

We loved our trip to Hilton Head and the property was just as described. We had a few hiccups but the property managers were unbelievably attentive and fixed all issues immediately. Best property managers we have encountered by far!

This was an amazing house just like the pictures and Beachside was very quick to respond to any message or concern! We have 3 grown children and their spouses and a toddler and this place was perfect! The beach is amazing and the spa was perfect way to end a packed fun filled day!!

Great property and location! The home was above expectations. The location was superb! A few minor issues with the home, and some minor cleanliness issues, but overall could not have been better! And the property managers were great to work with - attentive, informative, helpful, responsive. I give them the absolutely highest marks possible! We will be back!

The property was everything we had hoped for. The location was ideal for everyone to be able to do what they wanted at their convenience. The beach, the pool, the accessibility to stores, restaurants, and entertainment was outstanding.

We loved our week on Hilton Head Island! The house was amazing! It was well stocked. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. With the floor to ceiling windows the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We also loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Heating the pool was key at this time of the year. The kids even got in on the day is was in the 50's. The pool company vacuumed and checked chemicals mid week which was impressive. The property manager was also great. When we had questions we got a very quick response and they even checked in after a couple days to make sure everything was OK. We highly recommend this property!
