Everything was just as it stated in the description. Respectful community and great communication from the management.

This was our second stay at this condo. We love coming here and can relax as soon as you walk in the door. The condo has every amenity, appliance, and cooking supply that you need. The pool is right off the back deck with plenty of seating and a beautiful view over the pond. The easy 2 minute drive to the beach made beach days a breeze. We will be back.

Our family was traveling to Bluffton for a destination wedding and decided to make an extended weekend out of the trip. This was a great condo for our family of 6 and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local playgrounds.

My three daughters and myself had a wonderful time. My girls rode bikes, and we did not take the car all week! Beachside were very communicative, and we definitely would stay again. Great location!

We stayed 3 weeks in Feb/March. Very nice condo with comfortable beds. Coligny Beach, restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away. Beachside staff is super attentive and helpful. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The accommodations were fine, we weren’t unhappy with our stay because we love being on the Island. We flew onto the Island and weren’t able to travel with conveniences. There were limited items in the condo for use, again, this was fine considering that we were very close to shopping centers. The condo met our basic needs, but in order for me to have given 5 stars, there would have needed to be extra touches to make me feel more at home.

Great place…steep stairs inside to get to second floor, however, perfect location to the beach, shopping plazas and restaurants!

The unit at 53 Springwood Villas is truly a five star space. Unfortunately, we had some major plumbing issues during our stay, but the team at Beachside worked hard to get everything fixed and then compensated us for the inconvenience upon departure. Despite some trouble during this stay, I would recommend this apartment and Beachside to other guests.

The condo is very nicely updated. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are front loading. It was clean and has really nice wood flooring throughout the entire condo. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony in the back is shared with everyone on that side of the building. There are little dividers but you feel like you are sitting with strangers. The only access to the pool is down a spiral staircase off of the balcony. The balcony did not feel very sturdy. Overall it was a good locations and worked well for our family of 3 adults.
