12 Sandpiper Street

It's been quite a few years since we have vacationed in Hilton Head Island. We usually went with extended family and my in-laws always rented with Beachside Getaway. All the properties we stayed at were were always clean and beautiful. The staff was always available and helpful for an questions or issues. This is our first HH vacation with just the four of us. We really loved 12 Sandpiper. There were many features that made it ideal for our vacation. The house itself was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch. My kids loved the large swimming pool and short walk to the beach/bike ride to Coligny plaza. We also received a credit towards the rental of beach gear. It was so nice to not have to pack beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely rent this house again!

We love the layout of the house . It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood that is very peaceful and full of beautiful flora, birds and small critters, like cute little geckos and squirrels. We've stayed here several times and pray for open weeks when we can steal away from the midwest. I love working with Beachside getaway. They are so amazing with their prompt service and their checking in if we ever need anything.Our daughter is a wheelchair user and this is a Wheelchair friendly home. I am pretty picky and particular, so we have called for years vacation rental companies about measuring doorways and such and Beachside getaway was so gracious and provided as the information we needed.The outdoor lanai is amazing and we spent time in there during torrential rain playing Tiki toss and having our own little party to just enjoying some relief from the sun and enjoyable evening. It extends the beautiful weather and comfy surroundings. The pool is amazing and I love the beautiful little purple flowers that drop into the pool, and kind of float on the water. It's really an amazing place.

We had a great stay here. The home was clean and well equipped. Many vacation rentals we’ve stayed at tend to feel worn but this home was nicely kept. The home is less than a 2 min bike ride to the beach and 8 min ride to Coligney. The pool was warm and we used the screened porch a lot. The layout works well for giving everyone a bit of space. We have stayed at 4 different homes in HHI and definitely would come back to this one.

Great place to share with adult kids and grandchildren! Tons of room to spread out! Short walk or bike ride to beach and Coligny! Fun week! Thanks for sharing your home!

Our stay at 12 Sandpiper was terrific! The property was clean, beautiful and exactly as advertised. The Beachside Getaway property management team was great to work with. When we arrived for checkin our door code was not working and within minutes, the property manager, Will, was at the house and had us in the house and set up with a new code. The management company checked in several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely try to stay at this property again. Thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house! It’s only one block to the beach and a short walk to Coligny plaza. We came down to the island to visit my 97 year old grandmother so having a handicap accessible space was perfect for wheeling her around in her wheel chair on days she visited the home. The house is very open and spacious. the gorgeous pool was an added bonus!

This house was perfect for our trip of 5 people. Plenty of room for everyone, great indoor areas and fantastic outdoor space/pool.
