322 Ocean One

This condo had the perfect accommodations for our family visit to Hilton Head. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with quality furnishings and appliances. Beachside Getaway checked in periodically although everything we would have needed or expected was thoughtfully provided. The location to the beach and Coligny Plaza were excellent. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The villa is 100% as advertised. No ocean view, but gorgeous view of the trees on the property. Very easy to check-in and check out. Internet went out, but this seemed to be a widespread outage. Property management company was very attentive and helpful. We will stay there again.

Ocean 322 was fantastic! Although we didn’t have an ocean view, the balcony was shaded, private and quaint. The kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots/pans/ Tupperware and gadgets. The beds slept fantastic. They even provided 2 box fans for noise! The place was super quiet, and the location was perfect. A quick one block walk to live music each night until 10, and 2 blocks to shopping and ice cream. My 2 teens loved riding the bikes around. The pool never seemed crowded even 4th of July week, and the beach was quickly accessible. We will be back!!!!

This was a great trip with family and grands! An excellent reward for outstanding grades and exemplary character. The rooms were immaculate with thoughtful touches and amenities such as games for the kids, bathrooms in each room, private decks for coffee and reflections. The delivery of beach chairs and other items were an added bonus! It was a busy time (Memorial Day) and beach was crowded but everyone was pleasant and suggested several places to visit with children. We enjoyed the stay, the pool, beach, park across the street, and time spent on the island!!

The location is prime. You're close to all that Coligny has to offer. The unit is clean and well appointed. It's a great spot for families, you're close to everything and don't have to drive much.

Beautiful condo that accommodated 3 couples. All 3 bedrooms & bathrooms were super nice and exceptionally clean with very nice toiletries. The dining & kitchen were perfect for dinner parties and games at the spacious table. Only disappointment was we were not facing the beach as the condo is on the street side of the building.

Great stay , lots to see and do. Nice just to hang at pool also Thank you. We’ll be back

The location was perfect for my family, the pool and landscaping were beautiful, the condo fit all of our needs. We are ready to book again already!

Condo was exactly as advertised. We loved the easy access to the pool, beach, and walkable shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. All the furniture is updated and mattresses are comfortable. 

Location was good. Places close by to bike to. Easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen had all we needed for many meals cooked onsite. No issues.

We had a great first trip to Hilton Head! The unit was very nice and looked like it had been recently updated. We enjoyed the pool & beach. Three full baths was nice for getting everyone ready to go out. A lot of restaurants & shopping within walking or biking distance. The unit does not have a beach view but the balcony is nice and shady and we enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

Entire process was smooth and seamless. Excellent communication and directions. The unit itself looked brand new- absolutely spotless- every rental should use this cleaning service! Beautifully decorated, spacious and fully equipped! The building itself is a little dated but is kept up well enough. Loved having an elevator and luggage carts available. Steps to beach and pool- bonus being able to hear the music from the tiki bar right next door from our pool. Fire pit area is gorgeous and so welcoming. And the location to beach and coligny circle is super convenient. Will definitely stay again !!

You cannot beat the location. We loved the easy access to the beach and the proximity to Coligny and all it has to offer. The condo was exactly as the photos depict. Comfortably decorated and the owners left thoughtful touches like books and board games for families to enjoy. The management company is absolutely fabulous. Easy to reach and they checked in on us throughout our visit. There were two minor issues during our stay- one at check in and one with some curtains falling- the management company was quick to respond, helpful, and made our visit wonderful. I think we have found our favorite Hilton Head place to rent. Thank you!

This condo is beautifully laid out with tons of space. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. It was a total of 3 adults in my party but 6 people would be very comfortable in this space. Beachside getaway was quick to replace the broken blender the same day I called about it. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

Great place to stay with a pool and direct access to the beach. The condo consists of 3 master room, each with an en-suite bathroom. That makes it quite convenient for family trips.

You’ll have everything you need right in the condo. Beach chairs, beach towels, great washer and dryer, lots of supplies in terms of toiletries in cute little bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies, even sunscreen if you’re in a pinch.
