The home features a private pool with spa, is dog-friendly, and has a unique in-law suite with secondary kitchen. Because of this, 30 Moonshell is an ideal choice for holidays, family beach trips getaways, or group vacations.
Nestled in Folly Field, a peaceful area of Hilton Head, this property offers privacy while still being close to everything you need. Enjoy the tranquility of a less-crowded beach just a short walk away, or take a quick 3 -mile drive to Shelter Cove for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The house is designed for comfort and convenience. You will relax and enjoy Hilton Head through 30 Moonshell’s spacious living areas. Each featuring cozy couches, dining spaces, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Step out onto the screened-in porch for al fresco dining at the additional dining table, or relax in the private fenced backyard with a pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee).
The master bedroom features a king bed with a private, newly remodeled (2025) bathroom. Guests can also find two bedrooms opposite of the living room, each with two twin beds. These rooms share the hall bathroom. On the other end of the home, you will find the in-law suite with a second King bedroom. This bedroom also has a private bathroom.

This house was absolutely perfect for our three-week stay! We especially loved having two separate living spaces – it gave everyone in our group plenty of room to spread out and relax. The fenced-in outdoor area was a huge plus, as we were able to bring our dogs along. It was so nice to have a safe space for them to play. The owners were fantastic! They were incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had, and were especially helpful when we had a minor emergency come up. They were right there to assist us, which we really appreciated. The location was also ideal. Being so close to the beach and beach access (just a quick 2-minute walk!) was a major highlight. We loved that it was in a quieter part of the island; it felt less crowded and we had more space to ourselves, which was exactly what we were looking for. The quiet neighborhood added to the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already hoping to return soon! Highly recommend this property!

Came out for a week of golfing and dinners at some of the best Hilton Head has to offer. This home was the perfect place to stay. Close to everything. I highly recommend staying here. It is very beautiful and well kept. Great neighborhood and close to the beach. Both sunrises and sunsets were incredible. We will stay here again.

My Family and I spend a week in June at 30 Moonshell. The property was clean, fully stocked, and had all kinds of cooking utensils. They provided ample cleaning supplies. Any questions I had were quickly resolved via text. I would stay at this location again.

We loved every minute of our time here. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The house had everything we could have asked for. Everything was clean and top notch. This would be a great home for multiple families or a girl’s getaway. I truly never had to leave the house. The path to the beach steps away and took no time at ll. We highly recommend this home!

Everything at this property was as described and even better! It was exceptionally clean, getting in and settled was seamless. The towels, bedding, and fully equipped kitchen made me feel at home. The location to the ocean was perfect and the ability to get to the grocery stores, eateries, shopping and more was great! We give this property 5 out of 5
