Welcome to The Yellow Ginger Bread House of Sandpiper Street!
This home is a five bedroom, five bathroom home. The spacious main level has two separate family rooms as well as two dining room tables, all perfect for games and activities! The kitchen is perfectly located in the heart of the house with an island bar and close to one of the family dinning room tables with plenty of natural lighting!
For sleeping and relaxation, this home has four bedrooms on the main level, with three of the bedrooms having king sized beds for comfort and plenty of space to stretch out! The Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom at the end of the hall will have a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom across from the master has a full bed and tv with the hallway bathroom across the hall that has a tub/shower combination. The last bedroom on the main floor has a king bed with a window view of the pool and easy access to the single vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combination as well.
On the second floor of this home you will find the large bonus room that has two futon sleepers, pool table, the fifth bedroom and bathroom! The bedroom is separate from the bonus room and has two twin beds with a bunk bed that has a twin on top and full bed on the bottom. Great space for the kids! The bedroom has direct access to the single vanity bathroom that has a tub/shower combination that also shares with the bonus game room!
Outside you can enjoy the pool (attached spa does not heat) and large fenced-in backyard, play outdoor games, have a meal, or lounge by the pool deck.
Have a great time relaxing at this wonderful home in the quite area of North Forest Beach, all just a short walk or bike to the beach, Coligny plaza, and dining options!

Beachside Getaway has been a standup company to deal with. We stayed in Hilton Head Island on Sandpiper at the end of June with them. From start to finish every employee I encountered was kind and helpful. Quinn was very helpful and patient. Communication was outstanding before, during and after the stay through text, email and by phone with all employees, namely Quinn. I had multiple questions and all were answered promptly and satisfactorily. We found the home very clean, loaded with toiletries, complete with a welcome bag and information. I had two minor issues that were dealt with very promptly and professionally. I was called to check on my stay. We were given a stipend to rent beach gear. We were also offered a discount on a return stay which was much appreciated. If you are thinking of renting with Beachside Getaway, do it. It has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time and everything about the house was amazing!

The management company for this house was very responsive to our issues. The problem we had was there was not enough bandwidth for all the electronics a large family with teens travels with. We did not have consistent reception for anything ! No tv or internet

This was a great house. Plenty of space, clean, fit 2 families comfortable. TVs are very small for the size of the house and bedrooms. But all in all a beautiful house. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Very nice home. Would stay again.
This home was very spacious for our large group. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We only had to go grocery shopping for the food. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings after our days spent at the beach. This home is conveniently located only a mile from a variety of shops and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was amazing!! Be sure and go see the beautiful sunrises at the beach in the morning. Beachside Getaways was awesome to book through and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved every minute of our stay!!!! We definitely will book here again in the future.
