We have been renting this home for about 10 years straight! Great vacation home and Beachside Getaway is always responsive to any needs .

My family had a destination wedding at the Omni and wanted to all spend some time together. This home was the perfect solution. The home was beautilful, spacious and very close to the beach. Everyone had a wonderful time and we plan to come back, just to stay a few days to relax and enjoy.

Had a great stay at this property. Bedrooms were all very large and comfortable, and the location and walk to the public beach access was excellent. House was overall in very good condition and the pool and deck area were great. Tropical Storm Debbie came through while we were there, and the pool cleaning company was very quick to come out once the winds subsided which was nice. The only critical comment I could offer is that the grill isn't the greatest. About half the burners wouldn't light, and the burners that did light only worked on the front-half of the burner. Its a rental property so I don't expect much, but it would be nice if they replaced it. Would definitely stay again!

Great property no problems house was great..

4 different families, 15 people ALL left thinking this was one of the best and easiest Spring Breaks ever. Location is perfect to adventure the island, house is large enough for all to gather or separate and the best part - kids lost to the parents in ping pong!

We had 12 golfers stay for the week. Accommodations worked well as everyone had a separate bed and we had a large area for meetings after each day's golf. Kitchen was huge which allowed our "chef" to prepare meals with ease. Large area for group to watch basketball games and golf matches on the TV's.

House was perfect for our group of 7. Easy access to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We’ll stocked kitchen. Large bedrooms. Great open living area and outdoor patio. Would definitely rent again.

House is even better in person than the pictures. It was perfect for a large group. We will be back!

Second time renting this property for spring break and it was great! Two families using allllll of the space including the fenced in pool was so good. Proximity to Coligny for food and shopping is easy!

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It was perfect for the number of family members that could be together for the week. The kitchen was so well equipped and organized - the best I have seen.

Great house, more than enough room for 18 adults. Kitchen and dining room area are perfect for spending time together.

This house was really beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen had anything you could ever need and more! The garage space was huge and so convenient for all of our bikes and beach gear. The house was so spacious for our group with huge bedrooms, plentiful bathrooms, enough kitchen/dining seating and even the bonus space in the basement. We positively loved the location. Steps away from the beach, and short walk or bike ride to Coligny. 

Amazing house and location just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Couldn't be a more perfect place to make Thanksgiving memories with our family...all 12 of us. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful place!

We had a great time at 14 Herron St. Couldn’t ask for a better place or a better location can’t wait till next year

From the time we arrived to the many meals in the excellent kitchen to the family Jeopardy tournaments to the bike rides to the Pig, we enjoyed every minute in 14 Heron Street. We have been renting a home in Hilton Head on this week every year for 30 years. This one is absolutely the best yet! Plenty of room, plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of beach towels. It was just spectacular! Thanks, we will be back!

My family and I rented this property for Thanksgiving and had great stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, convenient, and had plenty of room for all 15 of us. We were a short walk from the beach and the Caligny Shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a rental for a large group, I’d highly recommend this house.

It was the perfect house for our extended family to enjoy being together and being so close to the beautiful beach. Great restaurants close and we all agreed to come back next year if possible.
